LEASING OPPORTUNITIES
New Jersey’s commitment to zero-emission electricity generation by 2035, 11 GW by 2040 offshore wind target, and central location along the U.S. east coast wind belt, have combined to establish the Garden State as the nation’s offshore wind hub. The NJWP further consolidates New Jersey’s leading position.
NJEDA selects NJWP marshalling and manufacturing tenants via a competitive, publicly advertised notice to lease process. Entities interested in the NJWP are encouraged to contact NJEDA via [email protected].
